NovoNations is made up of individuals from around the world who appreciate diversity in everyday life. We value each other regardless of ethnicity, intellect, talent, age or tenure, and The NovoNations Way encourages cohesiveness, inclusiveness and diversity in everything we do.
NovoNations offers its members a large network of both international and Danish colleagues and creates opportunities to meet at regular events, such as off-site “Finally Friday’s", on-site coffee & lunch, arts, culture and seasonal celebrations. Our mission is to foster a sense of belonging.
